For me it's coleslaw. This is one dish that I've hated since childhood, and I still can't stomach it as an adult. A teacher in school once forced me to eat it and I nearly threw up!

Tofu. How anyone can eat this bland, taste-free bean curd (or crud) and find it enjoyable is beyond my capacity for belief. Look, I had to cook and serve this act against nature as part of my job at one time. No matter what dressing, sauce or cooking technique used, it still retained the composition of the inner liner of an old Converse basketball shoe, with some stuff dumped over it. Besides, who in the hell wants to eat something that comes in rectangular portions, a shape that has a resemblance to nothing else in nature?

tuna...ugh. sauerkraut...double ugh.
i don't eat cole slaw either, but when i was 17 and workin' in the chicken joint (best damn chicken in the state!) i had to make cole slaw from scratch and from what i was told it was good.
as for beverages...tea (iced or otherwise) and coffee are out. not now, not ever.Writing In All Proper Case Takes Extra Time, Is Confusing To Read, And Is Completely Pointless.Comment

I agree with the coleslaw. I also don't like pickled beets or kiwi fruits. However, I can eat anything if I have to. Like if at a fancy dinner, I can eat something that is served if it would be rude not too.
Went on a cruise ship and since the food was free, we ordered a dish of escargot. Ewww. I figured why not. I'll never pay for them and here's a chance to try them for free. Not bad actually. Just tasted like mushrooms in a lot of butter & garlic. It's just the thought of what they are that you have to clear out.
Same with Chorizo. Awesome flavor, just do not read the ingredients.“Great losses often bring only a numb shock. To truly plunge a victim into misery, you must overwhelm him with many small sufferings.”Comment

it's one thing if something is on the table, you don't like it and don't take any of it...but if it ends up on your plate then yeah that may be rude to not eat it.
i forgot about coconut. never liked it.Writing In All Proper Case Takes Extra Time, Is Confusing To Read, And Is Completely Pointless.Comment

I think I love almost everything mentioned, especially really good coleslaw!
But anything internal organ sort of makes me want to hurl. Liver is awful, and I'm not a big fan of lamb either. Way too gamey for me...Comment

Anything with High Fructose Corn Poison in it.
Not a big fan of any sort of squash either. And the one thing I ever agreed with Poppy Bush about was the foulness of broccoli - but if it's chopped really small, and either stir-fried with lots of garlic and chili paste, or buried in a curry, I can eat it.Eat Us And Smile
