You're not gonna like it when when you get better...
Well, I mean, you will, because you'll like to feel better, but you won't feel better because you'll gain back those 8 pounds, so you won't like it, even though you will.
Am I making sense here?
Is there, huh, anything left in that bottle? Give us the rest, then.
My favorite diet is the Vodka Diet....just drink a fifth a day and no matter how much weight you gain or lose, you're too fucked up to care
Side effects include; crying late at night that you're fat and all alone, 3 o'clock in the morning munchies fest, blacked-out late night phone calls and waking up with no recollection of how you got "there".
Other than that, it's the perfect diet.....you can substitute any hard liquor if Vodka is not your thing.

I own part of a ethyl alcohol distillery and we sell to vodka companies. I like your idea! Drink vodka people! Especially Hood River's Spudka or Teton Glacier!
Vitamin D3 is good. I take coral calcium since I'm lactose intolerant. I have some messed up vertebrae that were giving me severe obstructive sleep apnea and once that was taken care of with a cpap machine and getting on a good diet and exercise I feel great. I used to feel hammered all the time.
It's a good idea to have your blood tested and see if you are deficient in anything. Eat a good balanced diet avoiding genetically modified food if possible (I try to grow my own and pretty much each locally raised bison and beef). Also, you want to make sure you keep your oxygen levels high and keep your body PH alkaline. This will actually kill off a lot of what makes us sick. I have a oxygen generator and eat a diet that does this and it makes you feel great! To many people are oxygen starved and eat a shitty diet that makes their PH acidic. A lot of processed foods are just filler. Not too many nutrients in them and they lack any kind of flavor.
I worked for a major corporation in a large office. People were getting sick all the time and they brought in some specialists. They took air samples and found the recirculated air was high in CO2 and low in oxygen. They brought in indoor plants and man I couldn't believe the difference! That fixed the problem. So don't overlook the quality of the air you are working or living in. Some plants make a HUGE difference.
They're giving over 100 H1N1 vaccinations an hour at various points here, and so far no one has had a problem.
I would've gotten one myself, but since I already have the flu it's probably not a good idea...
My doctor says flu shots are just a money maker more than anything. The flu virus mutates so quickly by the time they make a vaccine and distribute it, it's obsolete. My dad got a flu shot and it make him horribly sick. I'm not against immunizations (I had a grandmother who was crippled by polio) but I can smell big pharma using the media to sell something the public probably doesn't need. If anything these shots are giving people a false security. Washing your hands, not picking your nose and eating the boogers, sneezing into a tissue, and keeping yourself fit and healthy from lifestyle probably will prevent the flu more than this shot nonsense will.
