I didn't take it that way. This entire thing was a set-up from the beginning, and it backfired tremendously. If you listen to the explanation, the old guy was talking with a friend about getting his shoes signed, "by my boy". This could have meant just about anything, including his son. He then mentioned his brother, which could have in fact meant his actual brother. Out of nowhere, this black fellow inserts himself into the conversation, and things escalate. Of course it's just a coincidence that his girlfriend is filming the entire incident, something that commonly happens on a bus, ya know?

I'd be more inclined to believe that if the guy didn't go off in the interview. She might have started taping at that point for a reason. No doubt the black guy wanted to look tough, and did his share of pushing.

Even granting the possibility, or probability, that Old Pinky is a bit of a nutter, and granting that before it escalated into a physical confrontation both of them were acting like a couple of jackasses, the black guy came off looking like a wussy.

It also proves the old adage that the loudest "talkers" are usually the biggest pussies when confronted.....

The old guy is probably a crank who likes confrontation, but he DID do the right thing and walk away...

The punk hates his life, was pissed he had to ride that damn bus to begin with, and was LOOKING for someone to take it out on.

Does anyone else notice the white gal sitting next to bloody-faced Coolio? She's got her headphones on, in her own little world, and throughout the entire mix, she doesn't show any kind of emotion whatsoever.
She's either seriously looped out on Ritalin, or she's the smartest person on the bus.
I'm leaning toward the latter.
