Lexuses are alright, but they're no BMWs.

In the Lexus I hear all the road noise from tires and suspension and it gets pretty loud if you drive as fast as I do on occasion.

Not so with BMW's, I have had two sevens and a 325 in the past and IMO even a Benz S-class can't beat a base 3 series these days.

I drove a 325 in college and it was bullet proof. One of the best cars I ever owned. The new 300 class BMW's are shit. One person I know says even driving his through a car wash causes electrical problems. I never have been much for Lexus cars. The interior seems cheap to me. The low end Mercedes today are shit too. I like Audis and Volkswagons. Give the new Phaeton a spin. Great car.

Yeah, they're actually reliable and don't require a lot of ticky performance maintenance...

Beside the road noise coming thru, another thing I don't like per Lexus I can't avoid is you have 3 sequences to select the cruisecontrol, on the BMW 7 it's two.
