In this day and age, when goverments are having a difficult time (to say the least) paying the bills due to the recession.....and he has to waste tax dollars on something stupid like this?

It costs money to incarcerate someone. Wages paid to the guards, the administrative costs, not to mention space in the jail that should be used to house murderers, rapists and thieves.

So he finds saggy pants offensive.

He should have a sign posted outside HIS fucking courtroom warning people they could be held in contempt of court for wearing saggy pants.
