I know damn well my weight gain is caused by my lack of activity. Sitting in school, sitting at work and being plain lazy. Although I do suspect I may be slightly gluten intolerant. I gag if I eat non-toasted bread and have digestive issues that are common in Celiac disease...

I cooked this for supper when we were on holidays.

I had a harder than a brick bread; as I never throw away food, I grinded the bread and made breaded fried pork tendeloins with red cabbage and apple relish. (I´m not sure about the words in english).
