Interesting fact - my patents live across the bay from you in Peggy Bay, Nova Scotia. I hear its the scallop & lobster processing capital of the world. I'm looking forward to heading up there to see these giant scallops you speak of.

I am eating something called Risifrutti. I tried to take a picture, but it's too dark here so it doesn't look good. You can't really see in the bad light what it is.
