        The filet and shrimp I made the other day was so good decided to do it again..added some Tri-Tip...



        Also made Teriyaki Salmon too, so will be having leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

                            My one complaint with Chipotle is the salsa they use for the chips. It obviously comes out of a bottle, and it's too damn salty. Really wish they would use fresh salsa, as it would be more in line with their image.

                                                I'm spoiled.. There are some decent Mexican places around me and they cost about the same as the chains but are actually good. I'm a big fan of fajitas, salsa and most things Mexican.
