It was fantastic! There's a BBQ place just a few miles from that I've been hearing about for a while but never tried until now. I'm kicking myself for not going sooner!

I'm late on this one, but that's not quac, it's a green salsa... I believe the tacos were called el carbon. I need to go back to this place.. it was good & cheap.
Depending on the restaraunt carne al carbon and carne asada could be the same thing. Carne by itself actually means meat. If you order carne al carbon you get larger pieces of meat. If you order tacos al carbon you get the same meat but it's cut up and on a tortilla. You can buy small carne asada tacos called street tacos out here for about a buck. Meat, onions and cilantro on a corn tortilla. I have to eat at least 4 of them if I'm actually hungry. 2 if I'm not.
Love tzatziki. hate humus, never tried tirokoferti. My knowledge of Geek food starts ands ends with the gyro. I even know it's pronounced yee-ro. Jack in the Box tried making gyros for awhile. They weren't bad but the tzatziki was mixed with lettuce like a salad instead of by itself.
