I was at the US Festival in 1983. It was the first time I ever saw the Stray Cats live. They were awesome. They had like something like 300,000 people bopping to those old 50's early 60's type songs. It was a good time.

When the Stray Cats first came out, around 1980, they had a few big hits in the UK one after the other. I bought those records, and loved them - they had a great live sound. 'Runaway Boys', 'Rock This Town'. These records still sound good.
