Oh yeah, he killed her. I am sure he's lying and this wasn't an accident.

I just watched a documentary about it and couple of weeks ago this famous swedish criminology professor (who is ALWAYS right by the way) said that he also believed it wasn't an accident, so I am positive he meant to shoot her.
