Except if they are charging a fee to serve the drink... "setup ups" I think is what the called it back in the late 70's? Been to a couple clubs in the past where you could bring a bottle in and then had to hand it over to the bartender. He would then charge you like $5 for your drink and would pour/mix just like any other bar.
