They were fan-fucking-tastic! It's a frozen drink you order up in the keys.. it's called a 'Pain in the Ass' - It's half rum runner and half piña colada. Typically you'll float a shot of 151 rum on top just because you can. I was sucking these back at a really nice resort in the keys and they really nailed it. The piña colada was rich and creamy. Almost had the texture of ice cream..

I´ve checked the recipe for " Pain in the Ass", but I will not find the ingredients because of our import restrictions.
I have some cocktails books, and I found a drink called "Painkiller" (rum, orange, pineapple juice and coconut cream).

I will make Painkiller and Piña Colada, as soon as I can buy pineapples, (it´s Winter here) and I will then post the pic
