I can't believe that GM never put the Ute on the US market. Seems like with all the 60s retro designs out there currently, there would be a place for a rebooted "El Camino" or "Ranchero" or something along those lines. Chevy had the "SSR" but that was only around for a couple of years, and I think I've only seen one on the road, even up on Earth. Needless to say, none of them ever made it down here.

GM was considering selling the ute here as a Pontiac G8 ST, as in sport truck, but then the economy went to shit and Pontiac went away.Writing In All Proper Case Takes Extra Time, Is Confusing To Read, And Is Completely Pointless.Comment

Yep. I remember our Holden guys had big plans for the ute over there until the shit hit the fan.
I did drive the supercharged V6 one, it drove great. They race them here too, as a support class for the V8 Supercars.
Edit: I've owned a few V8 Utes over the years, very tail happy obviously! They take a little adapting to.Last edited by ashstralia; 01-10-2015, 07:39 PM.Comment

No. he's a total douchebag. When you deny the Holocaust and claim that parents of children murdered in a mass shooting at a school in Sandy Hook are lying "crisis actors," he's seriously a total fuck slug. He could crash his fucking Chrysler POS and die for all I care...Last edited by Nickdfresh; 01-11-2015, 09:28 PM.Comment
