We're looking rather smashing, I think. Change is a good thing, and change is exactly what was required for the Pen in these leaner times. With most of the senior administration staff out on leave, the newer generation who have been watching and learning under us are in a prime position to take the ball and run with it.

Rest assured, Mr. White and Mr. Bob will be here to guide you through any transitions.

You know what, kids? We're looking mighty fine as of late, and I'm more excited about the Pen in general than I've been for quite some time.
