Arafat was a Douchebag. But considering that he never really attacked America's interests during his long terrorist career, I find it interesting that people here follow his illness and probable death with such relish. I consider myself to be pro-Israel, but it would probably shock some here such as Ashcroft and Elvis that the state of Israel was founded using terrorist methods such as bombing and assassination attacks against the British troops occupying Palestine and the indigenous Arabs. I guess one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.Comment

CNN- Reports that aides close to Arafat deny he is dead or is brain dead, but his condition continues to deteriorate. A French Military Hospital spokesman has also said Arafat remains alive, but was transferred to an intensive care ward and is in serious trouble.Comment
