s a tactic. If it backfires on them and they get called on the carpet, so be it. It's a tactic that to me requires no moral judgement. Not to defend it, but it is a cat and mouse game they play. If they (libs) are getting beat by it, yet doing nothing about it, then REFORM people. I have been ranting about it for months. A bill should only be about what the title of it is, no slipping in. But if we are letting people do it, then the system needs reform. Ask the Senate to fix it.
