The promises were made and already pushed back.
The money to recruit another full 4 battalions is not yet in place...when you consider the time it will take to find your men/women and train them it will be a couple years.
They still have not even stated whether they will re-activate some reserve units to active or just add a Battalion to each regular infantry Regiment.
They know they need to send cash...they just can not seem to be quick about it. I think the Libs know that repairing(starting to) the military is important to the next election...our military has not had this much support from the Canadian people since the 50's I am sure!Comment
