OK, I'll bite. I'm all for a Presidential line item veto in principle, but I would rather it wasn't implemented until the current unelected neocon shitbags are out of Washington DC.
It's funny that both of the last legitimately elected two term Presidents, Reagan & Clinton , lobbied heavily for the line item veto and yet it doesn't exist. In fact, I thought that Clinton had succeeded in getting this passed.

Just can't get passed the fact that despite ALL the money Soros, Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Mellencamp and MoveOn.org raised the American public saw through the bullshit that was JOhn KErry and turned out in record numbers.
