As much as it pains me I can not find where I read my info....I may of remembered it with other discussions and confused the two.

By all accounts most Canadian Militia were designated fencibles which means they do not leave the confines of the border. There were some that did in fact cross the border though...but no mention of Washington.

I believe a Canadian raiding party fought with U.S. Militia in a creekbed near Fredonia, NY. But Brit Regulars did most of the offensive work.

No problem. I should have done some research before I posted it. I saw this thread and the line about you guys not having oil sounded good,so I posted it!
Besides,more oil was found in Cuba recently,so you might be off the hook anyway.
