I'm responding cause your making an issue out of a non-issue. Sure, he could have dressed better, but for whatever reason didn't. To focus on it is a petty thing to do. He showed up in something casual yes, but not something disrespectful (Prince Harry, I'm looking your way..). The fact of the matter is that he showed up to pay his respects, which is far more important than what he wore.

A member of a transexual human sex trafficing ring, Big Bad Brain, has been arrested today under human trafficing charges.

Responding to a anonymous caller, Manila police have arrested Big Bad Brain at the Bakla Ka club house. Big Bad Brain was found having a orgy with a group of Manila transexual bargirls.
