We recently opened the 2nd largest Wal-Mart Superstore in the US.
Everyone I know complains that there's going to be more employee abuse. The biggest are the greeters getting minimum wage.
I know I started this on Von's site, but with time going by I'll ask again:

How has Wal-Mart along with Sam's Club gotten so big and gotten away with so much employee neglect?
What laws have they been able to get around?
