Maybe Rehnquist was the deciding vote? And given his current condition, he was considering the very real possibility of death with dignity vs vegetableism.

Besides, this wasn't really Junior's fight. He flew in from the Pig Ranch to sign a bill as a favor to his little brother (the least he could do after 2 consecutive frauds in Florida)but other than that, pretty much stayed out of it. I think once scandals took away the 'fringe' benefits a lot of those people lost interest in a life of celibacy and uncomfortable clothes.

If the thing wasn't built on an outdated bizarre hierachy and you were looking for an Irish 'catholic' musician you would be much better with Geldof.
