What's stopping you from going over there and joining them in this fight for the "right thing," Doc?

What was the source on that again? I didn't see a link.
National Review Online. I posted it as NRO. I figured you would know the site well, and say it's owned by some BCE operative.

The stuff that guy listed can be found on many sites.

Yeah, look at this list of "contributing authors"

A regular "who's who" of PNAC shitbags and assorted CIA agents (Cliff May) posing as "journalists". About as credible as a Diebold vote count.

Yeah, I guess the NY Times and LA Times are stellar and not biased, right?

That big of an armed American force in the middle of all those Arab countries just might make them a little more responsive to our "suggestions".

I have friends and relatives in Iraq. They believe they are doing the right thing. I believe in them.
Of course you're going to have casualties in war, it's the rationale for going to war in the first place that's the problem....

The U.S. Military's job is not to act as political pawns, although it sure as hell looks like that....

I hope your friends and relatives safely return home....

Of course, until they turn right around after several months to redeploy...

Nothin'. I think I could handle the mental pressure, probably wouldn't fare too well on the physical side. I know I couldn't get up tomorrow and march for 12 miles or whatever, or do 500 pushups.

Besides, you think they really need software engineers to write stuff in .NET??
I've got the cure you're thinkin' of.

I think the outcome would have been quite different...

Oh, you can do it! Start incrementally working out! Run a mile, then a mile and a half, then two after a few weeks and so on!

I don't doubt I could do it. I'm saying that if I went down tomorrow, signed up and then went to basic right away, I'd never make it.
