This thread is not the same at all, as it is specifically a discussion of the similarity between Emperor Chimpatine and his grandfather's good friend Adolf Hitler.

However, the other thread did duplicate the function of the Political Cartoons thread, which is about to be returned to it's Stickied location at the top of this forum, since every other forum has stickied threads (most of which are far from worthy of it.)

It's possible that Hardrock69 was unaware of the Political Cartoons thread, as it had been buried when temporarily unstuck.
