Prosecutors get Limbaugh's drug records:-

Conservative radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh has lost his bid to keep his medical and prescription records secret in Florida.
West Palm Beach Circuit Judge Thomas Barkdull on Wednesday turned over a number of documents to Assistant State Attorney James Martz for use in the criminal investigation of Limbaugh for alleged prescription drug abuse.
Limbaugh, 54, has not been charged with a crime, but is being investigated after his former housekeeper told the state attorney's office of his alleged prescription drug abuse, the Palm Beach Post said Thursday.
Limbaugh has publicly admitted an addiction to painkillers, but has fought for 19 months to keep his medical records away from prosecutors, claiming the record seizure was a violation of his right to privacy.
