The fraud scene is hard. What will go before the Supremes? Apprendi, for one, didn't reach because the suppiorting cases were not fundamental enough, and current justice fails at fundamentals in support of accumulated frauds, variously, incl. at reading USCAs 9 and 11, either, then BOTH.

Who is Justice Roberts? We will soon see.
