uh, given that relief helicopters trying to evacuate the sick from hospitals are being shot at and armed gangs of thugs are roaming some of the streets, i don't see what's so bad about martial law. hell, everybody's supposed to be out of new orleans as it is.

until they're gone, declare martial law. fine with me.
