Clearly he's trying to say he should have served two terms already and have been out of power before the World Cup.

You shouldn't lower yourself to the fake narrative of rigged elections because all that does is help those that want to delegitimize them. Next January 6th they say "Well even FORD said that elections are rigged in this country so why not this one as well?'
