Shit, this year would have been enough to end my coastal living days.
There is no place like inland for those who don't like all that water.
But owning rental property i have to keep rebuilding every few years can be quite profitable if you have the right insurance policies.
That's not really a bad idea the more i think about it.
I used to have a car i called "Claimer" because it was always getting hit and as long as it still moved on its own i'd just bank the cash.
But y'all are crazy to battle this shit year after year, never knowing if your home will be there next year...that's too stressfull for me to deal with all the time.
The risk is too high for my taste.
Not good. My thoughts are with the people over there. I mean we had a blooming Tornado here in England totally crazy. We only thing we get here usually is rain and grey weather. It's warm right now, I am going around in aTshirt which is really weird being October.

Fall and Winter are beautiful times of year, and the thinner air is good for ya, unless you have upper respiratory issues, lol, then it maybe ain't so good.

Originally posted by Nickdfresh I heard it set a record for barometric pressure or whatever? (I have no idea why that's significant though LOL)
It's a way to gauge intensity, the lower the pressure the more storm surge and higher winds. It's kind of the same with a thunderstorm or snowstorm. Of course I could just be full of shit...
