He failed but did get 28 days with a review by a judge every 7 days through. It's not law yet though.

Why do you want to know my age?
I am not a dude so I don't need to shave I am smooth like a peach.
My friends in Europe where saying that in their country they have the 90 days but it was not working it actually slowed the Judical system down and the police in some cases could not find anything against the person even if they knew they where guilty.
The police over here said that they where happy with the 28 days but I am sure if things change they will review it. Till now they could only keep people in for few days I think.
