My whole point is that the Clinton administration supported NATO in their fight against Milo. When he was finally brought down everyone hailed it as a victory towards democracy. It took some time, but it finally transpired.

In Iraqi you have the same the situation where the people themselves welcomed the topple of their dictatorship. As always their is opposition and continual support from loyalists who do not want change of power.

We never sent ground troops into Kosovo until the SERB military pulled out.

The whole Iraq War was about exploiting 9/11 with the knee-jerk fear propagated by those in power to secure our oil rights before CHINA could move in...
