The very fact that you are here bitching about it means it hasn't happened yet.

Warham, don't you get it? FORD is a dumb ass. He's the same character the country had to deal with 20 years ago who believed that Reagan was the Anti-Christ all b/c his first, middle, and last names all had six letters ("See? 666! That's the Mark of The Devil!!!"), and all sorts of other bullshit theories - including but not limited to an abandoned belief that missiles were attatched to the planes that hit the WTC - all to reveal his deep personal unhappiness and paranoia.

The bill contained several oversight provisions intended to make sure the FBI did not abuse the special terrorism-related powers to search homes and secretly seize papers....

In the statement, Bush said that he did not consider himself bound to tell Congress how the Patriot Act powers were being used and that, despite the law's requirements, he could withhold the information if he decided that disclosure would ''impair foreign relations, national security, the deliberative process of the executive, or the performance of the executive's constitutional duties."
Did you guys really vote for a fucking scoff-law clown?

BTW, it's like saying I don't feel like paying taxes or registering my car, sending my children to school, paying for guns in lieu of stealing them, and not doing illegal drugs: because that all 'impedes' my ability to conduct my life...

Jesus, if this were CLINTON, we'd hear nothing but "the ATF black helicopters are coming to take your guns" from the paranoid anarchist crowd....
