FORD, you know as well as I do that no charges have been filed yet, and that it is not illegal for a doctor to issue a prescription under a third party's name. It says that in the first article posted in this thread. So at this point, there has been absolutely no finding of fraud, and no probation violation.
I am no fan of Rush and I hope he gets in trouble yet again. He may get charged later, but for now, it's premature to say that he "obtained a prescription drug through fraudulent means" or that he "belongs in prison."
You'd have a lot more credibility in this forum if you'd quit making up facts.
