I'm maybe being a bit anal but this is why I don't use store loyalty cards in return for 0.5% off in points or whatever.
It's maybe all a bit silly and of course you can always get around this stuff by using cash rather than credit cards.
That said I'm not sure if you can check into a lot of hotels these days without a credit card so maybe it will extent to stores eventually.
I think the biggest worry about all of this is Healthcare insurance.
