Give me the evidence, and I'll study it.

Being 'arrested' is not the same as being abducted by the CIA from your bed in the middle of the night.

Alot of people have family that are arrested and don't know what happened to them. Hell, I have a cousin who's in jail half the time for one thing or another,, usually has to do with theft or missing child-care payments, and I don't know where the hell he is. He sure the hell ain't a terrorist.

      Use your brain.

Do I need to spell it out for you?

This thread is not about theft or child-support, is it?

But then, if you believe it is, that is your problem.

Irrelevancy seems to be a hobby of yours.

I said provide me evidence, HR, and I'll tend to believe your claims. People not knowing what happened to their relatives, or why they were arrested is not evidence for a government abduction scenario.

See, if the liberal media ever caught wind of people being mugged by the government in the middle of the night, it'd be on Katie Couric's show by 6 pm tonight. It hasn't happened.

I'm interested in facts, not absurd conspiracies.

No absurd conspiracies. Unlike you I watch the news and read newspapers.

There have been people who have disappeared at the hands of U.S. Intelligence services, and kept in prison for months before anyone knew what happened to them.

          Then released without charge.

It has been in the press. You obviously do not pay attention to what is going on in the real world.

You do not have to believe me.

You do not have to believe the media.

But then, you have demonstrated on numerous occasions that you live in some kind of fantasy land where the U.S. Government is incapable of wrongdoing.

          That is ok.

Whatever you want to believe is up to you.

These are just 'ordinary, average, guys' as Joe Walsh would say, that were 'abducted' by the CIA? Or did it have to do with the fact that they were involved in illicit activities and caught the government's attention?

I don't for a second believe that some ordinary American is going to get abducted by the CIA and thrown in a prison for months on end.

I live in a land of reality. Yeah, the government of our wonderful country has been doing wrongs since 1776, but I don't believe it targets its civilians in this manner.

Like I said, I'd love to see the reams of proof, but I have a feeling this is like proving that Bob Lazar worked on UFOs at Area 51.

I'd say since 2000 or so. Before that, it was all about the fiction.

                  Yeah, we know.

That explains why you think we were so much worse off under Clinton.

You've been living in denial for 6 years now.

I don't think we were 'worse off' under Clinton. I just don't think it was the utopian paradise (where everybody was singing kumbaya together) than the libs claim it was.

LMAO! Fiction is the cornerstone of the Bush administration.

"It's amazing I won. I was running against peace, prosperity, and incumbency." —George W. Bush, June 14, 2001, speaking to Swedish Prime Minister Goran Perrson, unaware that a live television camera was still rolling.

He took a cue from his predecessor.

It just goes to show what a dud Al Gore was.

Did you vote for that guy?

More Americans voted for Gore than for Bush...

So you finally admit we were better off under Clinton. Unless of course, you'll now back-peddle and claim "it's a tie"

You've set the bar pretty low for your pResident

Yeah, he sucks, but he at least beat Gore.

Every now and again, your true colors come out.

You know Bush is a miserable failure, a fraud of a Christian, and a sociopath......

You just hate to come right out and admit it, because you feel you'd lose face, and cred with the other cons in here.

                                Too funny.
