You may be right... but then again, it wouldn't surprise me if this would be attractive to the average voter, considering the current sentiment against career politicians.

I believe Gore would make a better President in 2008 then he would have in 2000. But I'm not sure Edwards would be the best running mate for him. What others are out there that would make a good fit as his VP?

Feingold might be a good choice as VP. That would give him some Executive Branch time which would make him a better candidate in the future.. Wes Clark is another possibility. I don't see him walking into the top job with no political experience, but he might make it in as VP.
