But considering it took two years to get rid of Nixon, and the Republicans wasted about the same amount of time harassing Clinton over a blow job, would it really make since Chimpeaching the moron at this point? It should have been done on Sept 12, 2001. Or at least March 20, 2003.
However, that doesn't mean the World Court can
t indict the chimp bastard for war crimes.

nothing wrong with that. what's the point in impeachment?
there is no concrete evidence to suggest that bush intentionally lied about the iraqi pre-war intelligence.
over-relying on questionable evidence because it supports your initial assumption may indeed be a bad decision. but it's not in and of itself impeachable.
the current knock on the democrats is that they haven't been offering anything definitive in the way of constructive vision. impeachment offers them nothing. and it wastes the country's time when we should be focusing on fixing the problems, rather than simply laying blame. especially when the evidence likely points to bad presidential decisions, rather than high crimes and misdemeanors.
Clinton got impeached and he still stayed in office and hell, we've already forgotten he was impeached in the first place. All we remember is Monika and the blue dress stain.
Impeachement is a joke. Let's say we impeach Bush, we still have to take it further to get him out of office. That guy is never going to resign, he'll dig in like a stubborn mule. Ok, let's say his duties of president have been taken away by the congress and the vice president becomes president. What have we gained, we go Dick Chenney who has been president all along.
Like Hitler, the Bush Administration will come to an end because of simular reasons. Both Hitler and Bush invaded more than they could handle. Hitler sealed his demise when he invaded Russia and started a war on two fronts. As great as Germany was it couldn't handle a war as big as what Hitler made.
Bush popularity will continue to wain because he too invaded too much territory. The military is streached thin and the people in charge have overestimated what the country and military can do.
Nazi Germany was left in ruins because of Hitler. The US is in a downward spiral because of fiscal and trade deficites because of Bush. Both leaders left a trail of dead bodies behind them.

When did you hop on the pro-impeachment bus, Nick?

I've never been on the pro-impeachment bus per sea, but I think Bush's "stay the course" and "cunt-and-run" rhetoric are dangerous, as he may well leave US troops engaged in Iraq solely to cover-his ass and to save face for his legacy and inflated ego, putting his own interest ahead of the lives of US servicemen, and the interests of America. If that is the case, then he must be legally removed, or otherwise overruled. However, even a Democratic controlled House and Senate would not guarantee removal, let alone impeachment.
But, let the investigations begin, including the appointment of an Independent Counsel, and let's not rule out anything...
