    No. I'm going to chalk it up to they thought that putting more troops in was useless. But hey, they were "open" to it!

    The Iraqi Study had some recommendations, but they themselves admitted it was no "magic bullet" to resolving the conflict.

    Shiites and Sunnis will never "sort it out" unless a different concept such as democracy is introduced into this region. I don't expect anything to happen overnight. But it will take sometime.
    The Iraq Study Group also thought people like you were delusional, and that the longer the US stays, the less effective we'll be...

    And what "different democracy" will allow Sunnis and Shiites to "sort things out?"
