Any Republican sites review it yet?
Considering the Chedmaster gave $2000 to Junior's campaign, they would probably say they liked it.Eat Us And Smile

Hey FORD, you've been wanting to know my DU username. That thread is your clue. I will confirm or deny anything or than to say my review was negative.“If bullshit was currency, Joe Biden would be a billionaire.” - George W. BushComment

I still haven't heard the song yet. It's getting absolutely no airplay on any of the rock stations here.
Anyone got an MP3 of it yet to post? I don't want to end up buying the new disc only to pissed off royally like with VH3...Comment

Man, I don't like it. It sounds forced, and the sections don't blend too well. I don't even like Eddie's sound really. I don't know, I guess I just keep waiting for a "Beautiful Girls" type of rythm line, or "Ice Cream Man", or something with a little soulful swing to it. Even Eddies darker stuff had tons more feel to it than this. The riffs in the song sound to me like a hodge-podge of riffs Eddie's used 50 times in the past (with Spammy naturally, Dave never let him get away with resting on his laurels...)
Oh, yeah, and Spamster's lyrics suck ass. Fucking amatureish from start to finish.
The only thing I did like is hearing Michael Anthony's backround vocals again, but again, they didn't really fit the song. Plus, where the fuck was the bass guitar??? You know, MA isn't the best playrer around, but in early VH he did put down some solid bass lines for Eddie to play around. That's been missing for quite some time, and is probably a big part of why I haven't liked anything from VH since 1984.Comment

Actually, I'm one of the rare people that bought VH3 and liked it (minus "How Many Say I", which "It's About Time" almost makes it a classic) so I can't complain. I was just glad that Sammy wasn't screeching on it.Comment
