I knew someone was gonna throw Clinton in this conversation. It's impossible to defend this administration without attacking Clinton simply because there is NO honest way to defend this piss poor excuse.
Lets go down a list of real reasons he can be impeached that don't include rhetoric as rationale:
Misleading the country with manufactured evidence to support his agenda for war.
Interfering with state laws by raiding medical marijuana "joints" in states where it is legal and claiming the central government holds more power than state government which practically destroys our founding fathers true intentions.
Obstruction of Justice on so many levels I don't have the time or inclination to try and list them all but lets just say the 911 Commission and the current US attorney purge to name two.
The Valerie Plame leak. You're mighty fucking naive if you think it ends with Libby. The recent revelation that alot of the money that was supposed to go to fund the troops and rebuild Iraq has been used for covert operations not sanctioned by Congress which if you're unaware is illegal.
The early attempt to interfere with the Abramoff scandal.
Spying on Americans without the consent of Congress or a warrant which broke U.S. Law.
The rampant abuse of his public office to stack the Supreme Court and give jobs away to people who are loyal instead of say, "competent" to do those jobs. Wasting money approved by Congress because of those actions listed above. Just take a look at the questionnaire and interview process for the people sent to Iraq with the task of rebuilding if you want more evidence of that. I don't see how Roe vs. Wade or who they voted for in the last election determines how well they can do their job.
And before I get off here and take my American ass to work I'll leave you with this little nugget that came out a few weeks ago when Congress started auditing the books to see where the money was going that was supposed to be rebuilding Iraq and I'm sure it won't surprise you to find out that of the, at that time $350 Billion, spent they didn't finish the first $50 Billion before they found $10 Billion of it unaccounted for. Ask yourself why companies like Halliburton always get no bid contracts when there are other companies that can do the same job for less money.
I could name more but I have about 15 mins before I have to split.
