but, not all of the terrorists being held at guantanamo were caught in the act of committing terrorist activities. there are definitely some that are suspected of being/aiding terrorists. now, even if it turns out that they're all bad people, i'd still prefer to have some sort of trial before we dispose of them one way or the other.
