We need to do a risk analysis. What's worse? I would bet we have actionable intelligence at times. It gets stale in hours. But we can't use it. Busharraf can't use it. So who knows what we know. They're untouchable in there.

We may have to go in and kick the shit out of people to get the intelligence. That could be bad for PR and create instability. But it could also flush out the sons of bitches where they're vulnerable.
