My response while emphasizing the "evil" part also alluded to that as well.

Pressing the "Send Nuke" button while underground in some remote bunker is one thing, sitting there shocking someone you can hear screaming in the next room is another. I can only speak for myself, but I would never do such a thing unless it was under the conditions I stated above.

The only reason I can think of why the people in the video did what they did is they must be democrats. Seeing as how you all want the government to rule everything you do, you fit the "Blind sheep submission" theory pretty well.

According to interviews with several past and present American intelligence officials, the Pentagon’s operation, known inside the intelligence community by several code words, including Copper Green, encouraged physical coercion and sexual humiliation of Iraqi prisoners in an effort to generate more intelligence about the growing insurgency in Iraq.
