I will agree on one thing though , Bush's real reason for invading Iraq
had nothing to do with terrorism or the events of 9/11.
He was dead set on killing Sadaam way before 9/11.
there could be several reasons.
To finish what his daddy didn't.
To get Sadaam for putting out a contract on his daddy .
Or he's a greedy bastard.
A lot of people ( including Bill Clinton) assumed Sadaam either
had or was trying to get WMDs .
And was a threat to the U S and our allies.
It's possible Bush believed that , too.
The only thing that would have stopped him was congress.
