CLINTON TO READ AT COSTCO
By SARA NELSON and KEITH J. KELLY
June 17, 2004 -- Bill Clinton's book tour for his upcoming memoir "My Life" will swerve from big-city book stores to a Costco warehouse in Washington state.
The stop is among the West Coast visits finalized by Knopf, Clinton's publisher, for the first two weeks for the barnstorming former president.
Clinton will be dropping in at a Costco store in tiny Issaquah, Wash., on June 30 after several stops in California the same week.
On June 22, the day of publication, Clinton will sign books at the Rockefeller Center Barnes & Noble and the Hue-Man Bookstore in Harlem, as was reported earlier in The Post.
Before heading West, he will stay in New York for a lunch-hour appearance at the Borders near Wall Street on June 23, at 12:30 p.m.
After a break for the holiday weekend, the ex-president reappears at his old stomping ground: Washington, D.C. On July 6, he'll sign at both Politics and Prose and the Barnes & Noble on 12th Street.
