i'm still trying to figure out how bush is an indicted war criminal. i assume "the people" who indicted him have some sort of legal authority somewhere in the world?

and if by somehow creating their own tribual they DID gain some sort of legal jurisdiction, then it sets good precedent for someone here to start the International Criminal Tribunal for Sammy Hagar...

On a side note, I've just recently heard the new Van Hagar tune on the radio (only the third time I've heard it. The "My Time" one). Man, that song just absolutely sucks. I mean, I didn't like it the first time I heard it, but upon listening again I dislike it even more. What absolute garbage! Good God no wonder it gets no airplay! And to imagine that this piece of shit must be considered the best of the new three, as it's the first release. I just still can't believe that there's people over at the links (and here) that think the new songs kick ass. It's mind boggling. And this has nothing whatsoever to do with Dave, that song just absolutely sucks ass. I believe Eddie's topped "How many say I"...
