    It's all on debit cards.
I know of crack heads who are card holders who go into the Super Market with someone else who buys the goods from the crack head at next to nothing...

    C'mon FORD, it's simple...

I've seen that happen. For a while growing up my family lived on food stamps fort about 7 months and every now and then you'd see a drug addict or severe alcoholic trying to sell them at at half value for dope or liquor. If anything, that's what made being on food stamps embarrassing.

I still say they are a good idea even if they are another unchecked governmental program although those numbers seem to be a little off to me. This story seems to give no mention of demographic. I mean, are one in ten who live in Beverly Hills or The Hamptons living off government cheese?

Being on government assistance is embarassing and good people are embarassed. Down here, mommies make it a game with their kids, they let the kids punch in the pin. Class doesn't have a damn thing to do with how much money you have in your pocket. I agree the program is necessary, there are some that think its infallable...was just pointing out that its not.

I may be horribly wrong in this....time will tell.
Are you speaking of Wall Street that fucked America out of trillion$ or a few toothless fuck scums that cheat the system out of a few thou$and?
