If it was Walter Cronkite, I wouldn't mind so much. Or Edward R. Murrow. But you don't have actual journalists on TV news anymore.
And who do these people REALLY work for? Mike Malloy mentioned something interesting last night. He used to work for CNN as a writer back in the 90's. He was thinking about going back there a few years later so he called up some of his old co-workers who were still there. They told him how things had changed at CNN since he left and how they had at least 4 people working there who were known to be CIA shills, and at least two who worked for other foreign intelligence agencies, such as Mossad. (That would be one Leslie "Wolf" Blitzer)
If that's the case at CNN, I'm sure it's the case at the other networks as well. Hell, ABC was actually owned by former CIA director William Casey for a while (under the name "Capital City Communications")
