Incidentally, Bell does guest host occasionally, and completely upstages anyone on the radio when he does. I don't particularly agree with Bell on many things either. He seemed far more paranoid when the Clinton administration was in over civil liberties, gov't intrusion, and the military industrial complex, etc. But he seemed to completely subsume all of that after 9/11 -and lost much of his edge as a result. But Bell is a great entertainer and someone that was very informed on what he was talking about...
